7th Annual Cloverdale Blueberry Festival August 14th & 15th & 5th Annual Blueberry Arts Festival August 14th

The 7th Annual Blueberry Festival is a community event which is spread throughout the Cloverdale Town Centre. These includes the Surrey Show N Shine car show, Amusement Rides, Farmers Market, Blueberry Pie Eating Contests, Blueberry Arts Festival, Trolley Rides and a variety of exhibitors plus Cloverdale Merchants and Services. This is an incredibly fun event for the whole family and a great way to spend what should be a beautiful weekend in the Fraser Valley!

There are many different events occuring over the weekend on both 14th and 15th of Aug.

7:30 – 11:30 AM
Kick off the Blueberry Festival with a pancake breakfast at the Legion. Pancakes, sausages, eggs, coffee or tea, and juice.
$4.50 for adults, $3.00 for kids 10 and under.

Classic Surrey Show n Shine 9am – 5pm Downtown Cloverdale

The newly renamed event (formerly the Pacific Highway Show N Shine) is geared to become Surrey’s largest outdoor Show N Shine. For the second year in a row we have hired TV personality Brett “The Big Schwag” Wagner from SPEED Channel’s program called Pass Time.
Antiques, Vintage, Muscle, Restored, Custom, Motorcycles, Trucks and Street Rods
CRUISE TO THE BEACH: Line up at Legion at 5pm scheduled to leave Cloverdale at approx. 5:30pm and head to the beach at White Rock for a BBQ & Entertainment. Cruise ends up at the Parking lot at the Semiahmoo Park.

Blueberry Antique Tractor Pull Aug 14th & 15th
Fraser Downs Racetrack & Casino
Antique tractors pre 1960 will hold a 2 day pull at the Fraser Downs Racetrack & Casino
The pulling area will start at the west end of the Grand stand and finishes close to the winners circle.
Bleachers will be at track side. BBQ and live music.

If the Blueberry Festivall doesn’t have enough to keep you entertained, and we find it very hard to believe that you would be bored! Head on over to the Surrey Museum Plaza at 17710 56A Avenue for the 5th Annual Blueberry Arts Festival!

Cloverdale Blueberry Festival and the Arts Council of Surrey present the Juried ArtWalk 2010 with talented artists showing and selling their work. Cloverdale Blueberry Festival and the Arts Council of Surrey also present a Craft Fair with an assortment of wonderful craft-makers with their delightful crafts.

Join a summer gathering of knitters, crafters and suppliers at the Surrey Museum. Shop for your stash with local vendors, watch the experts in action, get tips and learn tricks in our mini-workshops to inspire your own yarn craft. Tour the Textile Studio and the Hooser Library to view our extensive collection of weaving samples and rare textile books.

There is also a Trolley/Shuttle Service available to get around the event from 9am – 5pm, this services is FREE and great for the little ones whose legs can only carry them so far!
