We would like to call upon all of our readers and friends in the Surrey, South Surrey and Whiterock areas (as well as those in the surrounding areas) to help out FloMotion Fitness and Yoga Studio and the wonderful people at Comfort Keepers who are trying to raise 1000 cans of Tuna by Thursday June 30th to help feed the hungry, malnourished senior citizens in the community.
There was an advertisement in the Peach Arch News on June 23rd that caught the eye of the owner of FloMotion Fitness and Yoga Studio owner, Catherine Dawn, who has now stepped up to help raise those 1000 cans of Tuna! I have since com across a story in the Surrey Now that sheds a bit more light on the issues facing seniors. It’s very sad and makes me incredibly angry to think that there are so many seniors out there who are struggling, they are someones parents, grandparents, sisters, brothers, aunts and uncles. Please if you can help out this wonderful cause and drop off your cans of Tuna at the Flo Motion Fitness and Yoga Studio in White Rock before Thursday June 30th!
