Holiday Train with Alan Doyle & The Beautiful Band
December 14 @ 2:30 pm - 10:15 pm
The Canadian Pacific (CP) Holiday Train is set to close out Canada 150 with its biggest ever lineup of Canadian talent to date! Get ready to ring in the holidays with your community as it makes its 19th annual tour in an effort to raise money, food and awareness for local food banks.
Since its first tour in 1999, the train has raised more than C$13 million and four million pounds of food for communities along CP’s routes in Canada and the U.S. Every pound and dollar raised at each stop stays with the local food bank to help feed those in need in that community.

ALAN DOYLE AND THE BEAUTIFUL BAND
Alan Doyle chalks up a lot of where is he right now to luck. But one listen to his latest album, “A Week at The Warehouse, makes it clear there’s a lot more than luck at play. This album, recorded live with Doyle’s “beautiful band,” is filled with country-tinged, radio-ready tunes that bring the flavour of some of Doyle’s favourite artists, from John Mellencamp to the Payolas.
**** TICKETS ****
All events are free. We just ask event attendees to bring a heart-healthy donation or monetary donation for their local food bank.
****WHAT TO DONATE****
The holidays are about giving, and we encourage people attending events to bring heart healthy donations. The train will arrive at the scheduled event time and depart immediately after the show. Please give yourself extra time getting to the event to compensate for crowds and traffic. Also make sure to keep a safe distance of 15 feet away from the train so we can safely continue our journey. If you spot unsafe behaviour, alert a police officer.
**** MEDIA ****
Media are encouraged to attend the event. Requests to speak to a CP spokesperson should be sent to Alert_MediaRelations@cpr.ca. The train will arrive prior to the event start time and depart thereafter.
