Everyone Welcome (free to the community) Goals are reached when people feel empowered. The path to empowerment is through education and community support. This class was designed to help moms succeed in setting and attaining their most desired fitness goals. It is a class that will inform the community of healthy ways to live and replenish the body - to build a nutritional foundation upon which any fitness goal can be achieved. You will find the following support mechanisms at this class: ♥ other moms to meet and chat with about their goals, achievement and even struggles ♥ monthly weigh-in's, girth measurement and fat testing by a trained professional ♥ expert advice on healthy eating and innovative exercise regimens We are all here to support each other and we hope to share our love with you. Held the first Thursday of each month at 12:15pm All classes are held at 52 6th Street, New Wesminster at Total Martial Arts.

Located and supported by your local shopping centre, Shop n' Stroll is a workout that turns your stroller into a portable fitness machine and takes baby along for the ride. The classes consist of a power walking combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the mall environment with the last 15 minutes devoted to socializing for parents and songs for baby.
