Summer Camps

Cosmo Camps for the Space enthusiast!

Get your passports ready for an extreme road trip through the Solar System. Campers embark on a quest to fulfill a series of challenges involving science experiments, rocket building, and problem solving. Students will explore current Mars discoveries and learn interesting facts about future missions to the red planet.

This 5-day camp is non-stop action and includes exploration of the Cosmic Courtyard, live demonstrations in GroundStation Canada Theatre and 360-degree domed Planetarium Star Theatre shows. Kids will have an opportunity to make new friends and have great stories to tell their classmates in the fall.

BC SPCA Kids Camps
BC SPCA summer day-camps are held at various locations throughout British Columbia. During the week, campers are immersed in animal-themed activities and are challenged, in fun and engaging ways, to learn about responsible animal care, animal facts and to develop positive, respectful relationships between people, animals and nature. They leave feeling inspired to be ambassadors for animals in their community.

The activities each day range from active field games to quiet hands-on projects and include games, crafts, skits, guest speakers and time with animals. All of our activities have been designed by the BC SPCA to incorporate positive animal welfare themes.
